Equipment Description
 
 The QPOL  300 A1-ECO is a single wheel grinding and polishing machine for the metallographic laboratory, suitable for Ø 250/300 mm work wheels. The machine is conveniently operated via a 4.3 "touch screen.
 
 The new work wheel holder (single disc design) enables preparation of metallographic samples without a carrier disc and without compromising performance.
 
 The control software allows editing and saving of up to 200 preparation methods, protected by user account management.
 Pressure, speed and direction of rotation (head and work disk) are adjustable.
 
 A spin cycle function (Cleaning Boost) helps to spin the grinding and polishing medium at 750 rpm at the end of the make-up process in 3 seconds.
 
 The robust grinding and polishing machine can be combined with the Qdoser ECO or Qdoser ONE dosing system and offers maximum flexibility for sample preparation and convenience of operation.
